Ascent of Warner Hill on 2011-09-15
|Date:||Thursday, September 15, 2011|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Location:||USA-New Hampshire|
| Elevation:||600 ft / 182 m|
Ascent Trip ReportParked at the bottom of the unmaintained road leading to the fire tower.
The road was in rough shape and went to the tower at a decent grade. There was a gate most of the way up, and shortly after that, the fire tower was to the left.
The views from the tower were rather unimpressive, although they might be better in winter.
I noticed a little sliver of trail marked by a blue blaze. The trail went downhill past rubble to an open area. We (my dad and I) turned around after seeing houses off in the distance.
