Ascent Trip ReportClimbed Washington with my yongest son (15) in 3 hours and 5 minutes, rested at station at top then went down to play on Ball Crag and Nelson Crag. This side of the mountain and trails were heavily used whereas the Lion Head approach we climbed on the backside was far less used and more solitude. More steeper work and scrambling too. After playing around some I hiked back up to top of Washington again and then gathered my kids to go back to Maine to climb another Maine CHP to end the day.
