Ascent Trip Report- A loop in the Willow Creek addition of Sonoma Coast state park
- Trailhead at Freezeout road in Duncans Mills. Parked on the roadside near the trailhead. This is apparently popular and parking is filled up there.
- The two high points, Sonoma Coast State Park High Point and Koerber Benchmark, are rather unremarkable. No views. A short & easy off-trail.
- The good part of the route is glassy hills along Island in the Sky Vista trail with nice views. |
