Ascent Trip ReportBald Mountain in Weld is a fun climb. Despite its low elevation there are ledges and scrambles and a bald summit. It is quite steep for a while. The trailhead is obscure. Its on the left of rte. 156 where tall grass is parted. There is a stream at the bottom where you can cool off afterwards. |
