Ascent Trip ReportFirst the road - Rocky Gap Road was in decent shape - most of the road was uncomfortable but not crazy (it would have been crazy had we encountered another car driving the opposite direction in many areas). The mogul-like section I had mentioned in an earlier report was gone, but the big bad wash crossing was worse - I wouldn't have made it without a spotter.
As for the hike- our intention was to summit Bridge but at the first of the two exposed sections, 2 out of 3 of us decided against proceeding, so the party turned around.
Note to self (and anyone else who usually hikes with a big pack) - bring a smaller pack on this one - while the two exposed climbs are not in tight spaces, some of the gullies one climbs along the way are easier with a smaller pack.
