Ascent Trip ReportWhat an amazingly gorgeous area I had no idea about! Day 1 we hiked into Misty Moon Lake and setup camp. Day 2 we submitted Cloud Peak, and hiked out of the wilderness area. Route was fairly easy to find. At a certain point its a "choose your own adventure" type thing were you follow or don't follow all the cairns. The summit views are incredible, amazing to look down on the glacier! |
