Ascent Trip ReportHead to Lake Stuart from the Lake Stuart/Colchuck Lake trailhead. Once you reach the Lake, turn right, due north and head straight uphill. The first couple of hundred feet of elevation is over a field of large boulders. Once you are past that the footing is pretty loose and crumbly the rest of the way up. This is a south facing slope with little shade, so this trip would get pretty toasty on a hot and sunny day. |
