Ascent Trip ReportDrove to km 13 on Ruby Creek FSR (waterbars start after km 5). Parked before a bridge which has a somewhat deep ditch after. Walked rest of road (continuous snow starts about km 15 at 1000m elevation) to upper cutblocks then onto Parker's SW ridge and followed to the scenic summit (couple of steepish sections). Great views all round. On the return I met a couple of guys who had put logs into the ditch just after the bridge at km 13 and they got a RAM 1500 through. |
