Ascent Trip ReportWalked through the forest from Gex to the col with Mont Chanais, then a steep snow climb up to the Pas de l'Echine. Snow conditions were not good and the climb felt dangerous and exposed without crampons. After reaching the summit I continued over the ridge to the Col de Crozet, then followed the ski lift down to Crozet, then walked back home. |
