Ascent Trip ReportShort cross country walk from private driveway at northwest corner of County ..... 200 yards, 10 minutes RT.
From I37 exit 14 north of Corpus Christi we drove west on FM624 for about 15.5 miles to a left turn (south) on FM90. At 3.2 miles we turned into the driveway on the right (#11401) and parked car at .25 miles (at end of plowed field on left with a gate, old abandoned house on the left just ahead) ...... highpoint Area 1 is to the right (north), I walked 100 yards in tall grass and tramped the area the best I could.
I drove to the second Highpoint Area further up the driveway where it turns south to the farm buildings. The guy in a truck gave me permission to stomp around the Area to the right at higher ground.
Next is Kleberg County.
