Ascent Trip Report

I hiked here via the Boulevard Trail which was an awesome hike. There's a lot to be seen before rising up to the summit of Mt. LeConte and further on to Cliff Tops. This is not called the "grandstand of the Smoky Mountains" for nothing. It's easily the best view in the park. I stayed at Mt. LeConte shelter and met up with Jimmy at Cliff Tops. There were quite a few people gathered for the sunset. A very tiny Clingman's Dome can be seen on a clear day.
