Ascent Trip Report

Started at 2:00 PM, after finding a Barnacle Goose in Minisink. Trivial hike, even though there were some harder parts in the trip. Cold, temperature of 4 C. Managed to reach the summit and touch the monument, not great views with drizzle and overcast clouds. The hike took approximately 50 minutes round trip, due to myself taking pictures of plants and lichens to upload to iNaturalist. First state high point for myself, 3rd county high point. Recommended for anyone as there is a road going up to the top. No difficult sections at all, maximum grade of 15%.
