Ascent Trip Report

Not sure my GPS route is the one you want to follow, I never did get into the big gully described by other trip reports. I left the trail where the others described, but it was foggy and when I got to the buttress, I turned left, the gully could be up and to the right. It just looked like a steep wall, so I did a rising traverse staying under the cliff band until I could finally cut right near the ridge. I did pop out on the correct route near the top as I found a 30' handline recently left. It helps, but one could pull up through the Alder branches. Straightforward from there, just pop over the ridge a few feet and follow game trails to the summit, will encounter a brushy step, I went to the right and then back up. Even though I had a GPS track, I had difficulty getting down as you can see from my track, too far one way and then another, above cliff faces, backtrack, until I found the seam I had come up and then just down through the brush to the trail. Enjoy!
