Ascent Trip ReportWith Peter Doggett (Ignacia wasn't feeling well), Jin Oak, Mari Sakai, Nahid Shirazi..
Went up NE Ridge, which Peter had done several times and really liked, because it was beautiful (of course) and had two pretty tricky and insecure moves in the rock areas at about 5700' and 6000'. Up to there it was use trail (probably hunters) and pretty steep, mainly through beautiful, sparse forest. This route was a (new) Pathfinder Route for me, ergo the "p" suffix.
Peter originally intended to descend the same way, but no one was up for that. For the ascent a short rope (20 feet?) or long slings would have been helpful and comforting where there were no handholds.
