Ascent Trip ReportWe parked at the locked gate at 48.66442, -117.02241 and walked the ~1 mile to the trailhead. The trail was a steep ~0.5 miles which ascended in a straight line up the hill. The fire lookout tower appeared to be staffed, but due to COVID-19 we were not allowed to walk up and say hello to the ranger. We stayed a few minutes to watch the sunset then walked back to the car. |
