Ascent Trip ReportCamped first night at Glacier Gap where it was cloudy, cold, and windy. Hit a perfect weather window for ascent day with clear skies and cold, crunchy snow. Bootpack was easy to follow. Crevasses were easy to see and avoid. Only trouble spot was where we first stepped on to Cool Glacier near Disappointment Peak. The snow bridge there was fine in the morning, but 2 people ahead of us punched through in the warm afternoon. Camped second night at White Pass for a shorter hike out in the morning.
Day 1: 14.9 miles with 6,360 ft gain in 10h 45m
Day 2: 10.7 miles with 4,200 ft gain in 12h 20m (does not include packing up camp)
Day 3: 9.4 miles with 620 ft gain in 3h 15m
