Ascent Trip ReportWith Jacqui Hahn and Tu Le. Approached from Big Sandy CG, dropped down Temple Pass, and camped along Little Sandy Creek on Day 1. I have a track for that, PM if interested. Day 2 took us over to Coon Lake, then to Tayo Lake and to the summit. Good trails to Tayo Lake and easy route finding from there (just go up!) Nothing more challenging than a few YDS Class 2 moves. Descent track for Day 2 is included in this TR, can also be used for ascent. Camped at the same spot the whole trip, hiked out on Day 3. Also, the mosquitos were horrendous. Bring a net and spray if you're hiking as part of a multi-day trip.
