Ascent Trip ReportParked at the Whiteface Club tennis courts and hiked the Shoreline Owners Association’s (SOA) Lake Trail and then up to Loch Bonnie. From Loch Bonnie it was a very difficult bushwhack up to the Southeast Summit, slow and tedious. Going down was easier since I took a different route with less blowdown. Back to Loch Bonnie and ascended the half mile SOA trail to the main Moose Mountain Summit, descended via the SOA Two Brooks Trail. Total mileage 9.1 miles. 2700 total vertical. |
