Ascent Trip Report

Day climb with the Mountaineers. Snow carried us up to the base of Pitch 1. We traversed the 4th class around the Dogs Tooths to bypass the 1st pitch. Broke up the climb into 4 pitches using the established anchors/webbing. Windy up top but still warm enough to have minimal layers. Used a single rope to rappel to the bolts, then double rope to get to top of pitch 1. Then another single rappel to bottom.

Used a single rack including medium-sized nuts, tricams, and cams up to #0.4-2. Hardest part was a small portion of the 5.6 crack and the final move to the last anchor. Easy climbing allowed for minimal protection.
