Ascent Trip Reporthiked from Marcy Field trailhead starting at 8:45 with Northwood School Mountain Day group. much slower than with Esther Rose one month previous. Took snack break there and continued up to Porter Mountain and down to Cascade trailhead. Lots of waiting, lots of whining. No other parties until Porter Summit, then crowded. |
