Ascent Trip Report

Following the footsteps of the legendary public liner guide, Dave Covill, I ran over and nabbed this one and found it to be a bit more interesting than expected. Why? First I parked at the first parking lot the second would be much faster. Then I hiked up a trail thru the most amazing disk golf course I have ever seen along the side of a mountain and some huge old growth firs and spruce> Then a bushwhack between homes into a public area of logging and then up the peak. On the way down, passing many deer and such I stumbled into the zip-line feature and found a trail down for much of the way but it is under construction. Then more bushwhacking then more trails and back to the car.

My track is attached.
