Ascent Trip Report

After years of wondering how to summit this mighty highpoint, and once actually contemplating using the topo map and putting it in the database as the highpoint of this local public park, Mr Covill placed it in the database. Realizing that this difficult summit had not been conquered officially by any peakbagger and it was nearby, I hired the notable author of the book on how to climb all of the Colorado county highpoints and well-known guide, Dave Covill to make sure I successfully made the peak without injury.

Dave was a seasoned professional and allowed me the honor of touching the survey marker first but not until we had hiked 0.15 mile and scaled over twenty feet of gain.

But it is a pretty interesting park worth checking out
