Ascent Trip Report

Please see below GPS File and some Pictures of the Hike.

The Road to the Trailhead is good in a High Clearance Vehicle in fact one can drive up to the Ruins on the Topomap but it is narrow with lots of brush, not always clear if this is the Road, the Wash or a Trail. Just had fun doing it but the regular Trailhead is good enough and does not add much more walking on mostly Road. For the Hike I tried to stay high on my ascent and therfore had quiet a bit of sidehilling, on my return I stayed mostly in the wash which had some brush to go around. I guess its a matter of choice. I liked the Hike a lot.

Happy Hiking, Josef
