Ascent Trip ReportWe had to drive from Omaha to my wife’s family in Wisconsin, so I figured we may as well hit some county high points along the way. For my wife’s sake I limited it to those closer to I-80. So today we hit Cass, Dallas, Iowa, and Johnson counties.
These numbers do not correspond to the order they are listed on the CoHP site or Peakbagger, but they are the order in which we hit them.
#1 & #2 are 1 mile south of I-80. Both of these are on farms across the road from each other.
#3 is 1.5 miles north -- across I-80 -- and 3 miles east right by the shelterbelt on a gravel road. |
