Ascent Trip ReportSide hike from the Robbins Branch Trail. From this point, best accessed from the gap between this peak and Coolers Knob Mountain. There is really no good or easier way to access the summit.
Hard western trudge through fairly open woods to the HP. Saw the rock outcroppings mentioned by Jeff Branin, but no meadow and homestead. Came back the way I travelled. |
