Ascent Trip Report

3 mile out and back hike on an HPS peak. Snow depth was anywhere from 1" to 8" but averaged 2-3". I used Micro-spikes and had no issue. Windy at the top but a pleasant day to hike. Multiple peaks could be identified including Strawberry Peak, Josephine Peak, Granite Peak, Pacifico Mountain, Mt Islip, and Mt Williamson. Could see Tehachapi Mountains as well. The GPS track only represents the path up as my Garmin was on 2%.
