|Date:||Friday, November 22, 2019|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||1740 ft / 530 m|
Ascent Trip ReportIt was not the most efficient route, but I enjoyed walking around Tilden Park. I started at the main steam train parking lot, headed up to the overflow lot and found the trail to Vollmer, then took a use trail down, headed back toward my car, walked along the Grizzly Peak Road up to a gate that led up to Chaparral, back down to the road and across it up a ridge to Grizzly Peak and then dropped down to the Grizzly Peak trail and followed it back to my car.
