Ascent Trip ReportNothing has changed here in two decades. Still the double fences and healthy green windbreak most of the way. Still the two benchmarks in concrete, one a reference to the other. We tried hard to get through by phone to Peg & Don Wickstrum, with no luck. We did leave a message with a day to go, no response. We recommend parking by the pulloff 0.2 N of high ground on the road, as there is absolutely no room to park there, and it would be dangerous for a vehicle to pass a parked car on the road at the crest of a hill. Cross anywhere, roll under the very tight gates. Please be considerate of the ranch land.
