Ascent Trip ReportFrom the Riverton exit on IH-15, this is a very long drive to reach the TH. I camped at the Whitney Pocket area and hiked three peaks on this day, even then I ended up driving 68 miles on the ATV before the day was over. The easiest approach for the upper section is from the south, although one could scramble to the summit from just about any direction. |
