Ascent Trip Report

Did this after a snowstorm, still 3-5 inches of snow on north facing slopes so avoided a lot of the scrambling obstacles but there was plenty of opportunities for more so will come back in dry conditions. Fun route, there are a few false summits but the actual summit is worth the views and this hike isn't long. Some spots of class 2 mess of scree and loose rock coming down as we took a different ridge to avoid the snow. Took a party of 10+ 5 hours. The access is through the AZ hot springs parking lot keep driving through for horsethief canyon road. Definitely need at least high clearance for the road or else you are walking a long way
