Ascent Trip Report

Very Icy conditions. Because of this, it took about twice the time it normally would (we should all have had crampons or stabilizers). Had to bushwack a little around areas of trail which were entirely iced over. Quite chilly throughout the trek, which was exacerbated by our slow movement. Beautiful sun rays penetrating the dense spruce/fir forest. Made it to the summit to find spectacular views of the Green, White, and Adirondack Mountains, as well as Lake Champlain and associated valley.
