| Location:||USA-North Carolina|
| Elevation:||5200 ft / 1584 m|
Ascent Trip ReportWe started from the NE at the Seven Devils water tank. This is at the end of Rocky Top Trail (a residential street) at 36.1574, -81.8038. Then walk up the ridge SW to the summit. There are bits of trail along the way but it's largely a bushwhack. It's rocky and a bit tedious in places but it's only about a mile and a half up. The last 300 yards are a dense bushwhack but you can do it. The rock summit is worth the trouble. 360 degree view. There are two outcroppings with similar views. Stay on the ridge on the way down. It is easy to get off track.
Many thanks to Zachary Robbins for providing the GPX track and giving us a tip on where to start from.
