Ascent Trip ReportMy first "long" multi-pitch climb. Venusian Blind, 5.7 route on Temple Crap. Guided by Dave Stimson from Sierra Mountain Center. Excellent learning experience. I'm not exactly certain of the elevation at the finish of the route, perhaps 12200ft. We decided to descend without summiting because weather was threatening. No issues on the climb, except one traverse where I put my weight into a loose rock and fell into the belay.
