Ascent Trip ReportFrom the gate on West Settlement Road, followed the good gravel road to a Y-junction in a grassy log yard at 1800'. The right fork leads up the stream; when that peters out, continue up the drainage to the saddle, then turn right up the ridge over a couple of false summits. Mostly moderate bushwhacking with some dense and steep spots going over the first false summit. On the true summit, an inconspicuous glass register jar. #99 of the VT 100 Highest. |
