The peak is accessed by a 27km dirt road drive followed
by a short walk. A carefully driven sedan might make this
drive, with perhaps some shovel work.

A major wildfire had recently burnt much of the Arrowstone Hills,
including the high point knoll. We walked a short distance from
the trailhead over burnt slash up to BC basemap spot elevation
1791 meters. A contender 200 meters west looked higher, and we walked
there and left a cairn and small register. Sight leveling seems to show
the west bump is about a meter higher than spot 1791, but this is
not conclusive due to standing burnt trees. It is easy enough to
visit both locations. No other contenders are seen. |
