Ascent Trip Report

Having missed this small subpeak the first time we climbed up Evans and since we were just doing a causual drive tourist deal up Evans for fun today. We parked up at the upper parking lot and I ran up Evans for kicks, and then scrambled the ridge to this subpeak. There was nobody up on the subpeak and the views were stunning. There are two pinnacles there and one is far more exposed than the other. Enjoying the solitude and exposure that you can not get on Evans made this easy 1.2 mile loop and 300 plus gain "hike" a nice way to pick off the sub-peak after the fact. Not worth posting the GPS track because the route is very obvious.
