The scenery for Snowmass is great, but I found the long approach, nasty bushwhack around the lake and the snow plod up the east slopes demoralizing. For a Colorado 14er, it required a lot of effort. But compared to a Canadian Rockies peak, it was still a easier day… Just long. LOL
