Ascent Trip ReportThis peak was on my to do list. Not my favorite hike. You can look at my GPS track. From Maybird lakes I went up south west to Hogum pass. From there its a lot of scrambling with some exposure. The closer you get to the high point, the wider the path gets. I decided to come down via the north east ridge. A quicker decent, but steep. At times there is a lot of down climbing / scrambling. Follow the tree line. My decent path was not great, but I made it. A lot of boulder field hopping this time of year. I would go up this north ridge vs coming up via the Hogum Divide pass.
