Ascent Trip ReportI parked in the large Valkenisseweg parking lot, and headed south to pick up the end of the trail that traverses the dunes. I walked north along this trail, passing the high point, and enjoying some absolutely fantastic views of the coastline.
I should note that per Netherlands LiDAR data (AHN3) and my visit, the actual highest point appears to be at N51.49248 E3.50045. This is further north than where Peakbagger currently shows the peak.
I also did not see the cross monument pictured on the Peakbagger page for this peak. I suspect it may have been removed. |
