Ascent Trip Report

6:20AM start from the hotel. Saturating rain and 100 foot views for the whole route. Saturated. Once the system trail traverses the ridge a good climber path leads to the top. Had to touch all three high looking points in the white out but I think the high one is the nice open rock with a good tread up to it. Descended towards the shelter until I knew there was no more mountain and then dropped straight down on wet alpine veg to the gravel trail. Good stuff...it is Southeast Alaska after all. I am sure it will come into view soon from here in town, now that I am back down, but I need to catch a plane. With views Ascent Quality is probably a 9.
