Ascent Trip ReportAlthough we could have gone a little bit further, the group voted to call it around 8200' after negotiating several crevasses. The main snowbridge needed to gain the summit ridge had recently collapsed and the thin layer remaining over the bergshrund was not going to hold. Even if we did get over it, coming down would have been very dangerous. With it being such a beautiful area, it will be easy to come back and revisit this one.
