Ascent Trip ReportI bagged Bridger Peak on a through hike on the CDT; segments 4 and 5. The ascent was painful considering a 40 lb. pack, but otherwise the 4 miles to the peak wouldn't have been too bad. There was a lot of snow and I had to skirt the trail/road quite a bit. After summiting I continued North and West towards Deep Jack TH, camping along the way. I then continued on to CR 401 where I was picked up. |
