Ascent Trip ReportEduardo, Paquita and I got to Manker Flat about 30 minutes before the Local Hikes group so we just started hiking. We spent 30 minutes at the Ski Hut resting and waiting for the group. Then we descended on a steep trail in front of the Ski Hut and met the group on the main trail. Peter and Ignacia Doggett and May Tang were hiking with Local Hikes. At the end of the hike I saw a permanent stone restroom on the hill above where the portable toilets used to be. I am ready to go all the way to Mt Baldy now. |
