Ascent Trip ReportVesper to wolf to Sperry peak traverse. Led this for the Mountaineers!
Still lot of snow, so kept along snow pack after descending 500-600 feet from vesper.
If there is snow, it would be ideal to drop down to the basin and climb to the left ridge all the way along to the summit.
The last block had some nice exposure, but good hand holds. Some moves would be on trees, but definitely some big air moves. From there we dropped down to the saddle of Sperry. Best of the three peaks here |
