Ascent of Reba Benchmark on 2019-06-29
|Date:||Saturday, June 29, 2019|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||8842 ft / 2695 m|
Ascent Trip ReportMy original plan, to explore the ridge east of Underwood Valley, was stymied by snow. The cornice on Reba’s east ridge was deeply fractured and looked unstable. Seemed too risky to traverse underneath it. Tagged the Calaveras CoHP on the way home instead.
