Ascent Trip Report

I was able to drive all the way to the summit, no problem. Took Monument Mountain Road from it's junction with Orin-Rice Road, google has no problem with directions for this peak. The private property/no trespassing signs at the bottom are gone, though there are still some at various driveways branching off on the way up. It's pretty clear that Monument Mountain Road is county maintained and public access. It's in great condition, a few rocks here and there though. On the summit, a crew was installing new a telecom array using a large crane. So, it's possible that the road was just bladed to get the crane up there. There were pretty views though it is obstructed by the towers.
