Ascent Trip ReportFollowed Bob Bolton's GPS track, it was very helpful. Weather was great!!! Didn't expect snow on the ground the last 147 feet of this steep hike. New developments: New signs say no parking allowed at the entrance to the first quarry. ( The lower quarry ), boulders now block the entrance to the dirt road to the second, upper quarry, new machinery and activity in the upper quarry, the one you either hike through or around to enter the Reservation., gate to the Res. is closed but there is a large gap in the fence next to the gate.
