Ascent of Steamboat Rock on 2019-04-19

|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||2312 ft / 704 m|
Ascent Trip ReportUsing the trail to the top of Steamboat Rock, it is a lot easier than it looks. We explored all over the two plateaus, finding a skeleton of a deer up there, probably killed by a coyote. And we saw two snakes and heard a third one, a rattlesnake, but never saw it. The 2312' true summit was easy to find with GPS. Thanks, Cindy.
