Ascent Trip ReportFun but super exhausting trip up to Zealand for my 46th 4000 footer. Went with my good buddy Mark from such other climbs as Hood, Peale, and others. We saw a moose on the way up- rare for these parts. The snow above Zeacliff was punchy and the trail hard to follow. But we slogged it out! 18.6 mi RT as we had to hike up Zealand Road in its entirety from 302. We were really tired after that one as neither of us were in proper hiking shape at the time. So-so summit, but great adventure!
