|Date:||Sunday, March 31, 2019|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Motorized Transport to Trailhead:||Car|
| Elevation:||2526 ft / 769 m|
Ascent Trip ReportI started the hike in the village of Archanes, following the European Walking Route, E4. I took the gravel road until it stopped and followed the path to the left to the Church and continued along the ridge line to the peak. The peak is a Minoan settlement, one of the most important ones. The battery died on my phone so the track does not show that I headed back to Archanes via the steep trail leading from just below the peak into town. There are green signs indicated the trail down to town.
